Payment

  • Full payment is required to make a reservation by bank transfer. Cancellations with minimum 60 day notice receive a 50% refund. No refund if less than 60 days notice.
  • Balian Beach Villa reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party.
  • The Villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation. No smoking allowed at anytime inside the villa.
  • We are also listed on Airbnb at this link if it does't suit you to make a transfer. (this will be slightly more expensive due to airbnb fees)
